TRANSFORM is an international forum for fine arts. Through cultural dialogue – a series of exhibitions in ten Southeast European cities – the project aims to present contemporary art and scientific research and outline new perspectives for the future artists and for the art education institutions in the international context. Originators of the project are the National Academy of Art, Sofia, and the Mimar Sinan University, Istanbul. The two schools laid the basis for a successful and fruitful multilateral cooperation between the art academies and universities in Southeast Europe.
The first international student exhibition within the TRANSFORM project was held between December 2009 and January 2010 in the Tophane Exhibition Centre in Istanbul and in the exposition halls of Mimar Sinan University.
